Are you an educator passionate about enhancing your teaching practice while empowering your students’ success? Have you considered earning a master’s degree but weren’t sure where to start?

Huston-Tillotson University now offers a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Language and Literacy, designed specifically for working professionals like you.

This practitioner-focused program fosters a supportive learning community and delivers instruction through a flexible, multimodal format. Courses are primarily online, held on two designated weeknights from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with in-person sessions on Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

The best part? You can complete your M.Ed. in just one year! The program requires 33 credit hours, consisting of 11 courses (3 credits each). To stay on track, students take six credit hours per session, totaling 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring), plus 12 credit hours during the summer sessions.
