Reserve a Study Room

The Downs-Jones Library contains two study rooms and one classroom, available for student, faculty, and staff use during library hours.

The library’s room reservation tool is Skedda. Please read the instructions below.

 

New to this page?
  • Click the “First-Time Users” button to create your FREE and spam-free Skedda account.
  • Enter your name and HT email address.
  • Done! You will be taken to the calendar to reserve the space you want.

Already created a Skedda account?
  • Check your @htu.edu inbox. Find the “Set Password” email from Skedda. Follow the instructions. This will not affect any other account you use.
  • Got your password? Go directly to the “Returning Users” button.
  • In the lower left-hand corner, click “Log In”
  • Log in using your HT email and the Skedda password you created.

Use and Limits

Daily Limit: You may reserve up to 3 hours per day.

Weekly Limit: You may reserve up to 10 hours per week.

Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation or end it early without penalty at any time. Only you can cancel your reservation.

Schedule ahead! Rooms are first come, first served, and can be reserved up to 1 year in advance.

Reservations can also be made at the library’s main desk.
