Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should get tested, regardless of vaccination status or prior infection. If you get tested because you have symptoms, you should stay away from others pending test results and follow the advice of your health care provider.

Tests are free, and no proof of medical insurance or residency is required.
Testing is also available at pharmacies, hospitals, and urgent care centers.
Free rapid antigen tests are also available for pickup at the Metz Elementary testing site. Stop by during regular hours of operation. No appointment or ID required.

Austin Public Health offers free testing at Metz Elementary Tues-Sat, 11 am – 7 pm.

Curative has a testing site near Lamar and 290. It is open every day including Sunday. They will bill your insurance or you can pay out of pocket.
