Academic Affairs at HT

The Office of Academic Affairs, led by the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, oversees Huston-Tillotson University's academic mission — from curriculum and degree programs to faculty development, accreditation, and the policies that protect academic quality and student rights. Academic Affairs works in partnership with the University's colleges and schools, the Office of the Registrar, and student support offices to ensure every student has a clear, well-supported path from enrollment to graduation.

Academic Affairs is guided by HT's 2024–2034 strategic plan, From First to Foremost, and is responsible for advancing the plan's pillars related to academic program expansion, student success, and institutional innovation.
