Accessing the Archives: Appointments should be scheduled 24 hours in advance during regular business hours, Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Please refer to the academic calendar for information about campus closures on holidays. To make an appointment, visit our Requests page and fill out the “Schedule an Appointment” form. An Archivist will contact you to arrange your visit. Please provide as much information as possible about the collections you wish to view and the purpose of your visit. This will help to ensure that the materials are available and accessible when you arrive. When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a registration form (valid for one year) and present a valid photo ID. The Archivist will offer a brief orientation to using the materials and provide access to the collection materials that you request. |
More Information
Professors wishing to arrange a class session with archival materials should contact the Archivist for details and scheduling. For more information about the Archives, please see the complete Archives Policy (opens as PDF) and Digital Preservation Policy (opens as PDF). |
