High School / College registrar offices may require visiting students to have paperwork turned into their prospective attendance or registrar’s offices to receive an absence credit from class. The Office of Recruitment and Admission will provide a visit letter per request.

• This document is on official HT letterhead and will have the exact day of the tour
• To receive a college visit letter, the student (s) must complete the entire campus tour accompanied by our HT Tour Guide.

We welcome groups of prospective students to Huston-Tillotson University. A group is considered to have 10 or more high school students. To ensure we can provide a meaningful experience for every visitor, group tours are limited to a maximum of 100 students per reservation. Reservations are required for all group campus tours. We do not offer weekend campus tours.

Group Tours are approximately an hour and fifteen minutes long and include a visit to the Center for Academic Excellence, Davage-Durden Student Union, and a glimpse of several of our historical buildings. If you are 15 minutes late for your tour without notifying our office, you may be asked to reschedule.
