Constructed in 1911–1912 by the students of Tillotson College and fully restored in 1984, the Evans Building is a designated Texas Historical Site named in honor of Major Ira H. Evans, a dedicated member of the Tillotson College Board of Trustees. Today, this historic space serves as a versatile meeting venue, ideal for small conferences, workshops, and organizational gatherings. With its rich legacy and intimate setting, the Evans Building offers both character and functionality for meaningful collaboration and discussion.
