Dr. Carla Liau Hing

Dr. Liau has joined the Huston-Tillotson University family as the Director of the Center for Academic Innovation & Transformation.  She holds a Virtual Instructor Certificate from Texas A&M University & a Peer Reviewer Course Certificate from Quality Matter. Dr. Liau has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Lima University, Peru; a Master’s degree in Education from McNeese State University, Lake Charles, LA; and a Doctoral degree in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
