Huston-Tillotson University Ranked Number One for Return of Investment (ROI) Among Its Graduates

Austin, Texas – January 6, 2025 – Huston-Tillotson University (HT) has been ranked number one among all American historically Black colleges and universities HBCUs in providing the best long-term return on investment (ROI) for its graduates, according to a recent analysis by OnlineU, an online resource designed to connect prospective students with affordable and accredited virtual educational opportunities.
The ranking was based on such critical factors as: Median alumni earnings, which evaluate the financial success of graduates in the job market; Average tuition costs that measure affordability and accessibility for students; and Student debt repayment rates.
“This ranking reflects our strategic emphasis on providing students with an affordable, high-quality education that prepares them for long-term success,” said HT President and CEO Melva K. Wallace. “Our commitment is to ensure that our graduates have the tools and support they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive and global workforce.”
