Jarvis Christian College 0-4 HT Lady Rams
In a very one sided contest, the lady Rams played some great soccer versus JCC who are in their debut soccer season at the RRAC level.
Despite some great approach play, HT just could not convert their chances and the score remained goalless at the half.
A second half with more vigor in front of goal saw HT race into a four goal lead with some confident finishes from striker Victoria Elizalde. Then a second from Kimberlin Palacios after she rounded the keeper from a fine through ball from midfield player Hope Craft. Then came Sabrina Gomez’ first collegiate goal when she calmly slid the ball home from a great pass into the box. The last goal was well deserved from defender Savannah Albiar, HTs only senior player, who nodded past the keeper from a free kick.
Now HT head to Hobbs NM to face USW in what will be a very tough encounter on Saturday Oct 11th.
