International Conference on Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Education 2025

Tentative date: December 17-20, 2025, online in zoom.                   

Time Schedule:  9am – 12pm US Central Time, 3pm – 8pm UK time, 9pm – 12am Bangladesh. 

You can easily fit this event into your schedule no matter where you are in the world.

Organized yearly by the Department of Mathematics at Huston-Tillotson University, this event is a beacon of innovation and collaboration, bringing together the brightest minds from around the globe. Our mission is to inspire and empower our undergraduate students, educators, researchers, and practitioners to push the boundaries of knowledge and drive transformative change in their fields. Registration is totally free for all attendees, presenters or participants.

Information for Presenters

We welcome presentations on research, projects, professional development, and internship or fellowship experiences related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Education, and Data Science/ML/AI.

Presentation Format:

  • Presenters may use PDF, PowerPoint, or any other suitable format for their online presentation via Zoom.

Proposal Guidelines:

  • Proposals should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12 or smaller.
  • Include the presenter’s full name, email address, and institutional affiliation.
  • List the names and email addresses of all contributors involved in the research or project.
  • Student presenters must include an approval or recommendation from their research or project advisor.

Please submit your proposal using the registration link below by October 5, 2025Registration is completely free for all attendees, presenters, and participants.
