Of people who refused to quit\, even when the odds suggested they should.  One story in particular that emerged was the story of the Huston-Tillotson University men’s basketball team.  To say the least\, they had a rough start but ended the year with a bang! And then there was the HT budget meeting\, while the Cabinet discussed how to navigate a challenging national narrative of potential reduced funding\, the University still had to host a historic event called\, “Homecoming”.  What emerged was the heartbeat of a University that has spent more than 150 years taking lemons and making lemonade with style\, soul\, faith\, and determination.
