Kemba Thomas is an Instructor at the School of Business and Technology at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas. She holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting with a concentration in Financial Reporting and Assurance & Managerial Accounting and Control. Thomas teaches Principles of Financial Accounting, Principles of Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Individual Income Tax, and Intermediate Accounting. Thomas serves as the faculty advisor of the Huston-Tillotson University’s National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Student Chapter. She also serves as the NABA Austin-Cen Tex Chapter Secretary. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). |
