Erick Sebastian Alvarado Signing with HT Men’s Soccer
HT Men’s Head Soccer Coach, Rob Ferguson, looked on as Erick ‘Seba’ Alvarado commits to Huston Tilloson University for the Fall 2014 season, at Akins HS, May 29, 2014. Alvarado, a right back by trade, but with attributes that could make him a very useful player in CM was one of the top recruiting targets during the Spring of 2014 for the Men’s Soccer Program.
Coach Ferguson commented, “Seba is a great young man. He is a hard working, determined and well mannered young man, all traits which we expect to see from all of our players. Coach Reyes and I first saw Sebastian at a tryout and knew immediately that we needed to do our utmost to bring him to HT. On the field he is very technical, understands the game and importantly has a tremendous physical presence which will make him a candidate to push for a starting role, even as a freshman.”
