Rams Record First Win of the Season!

After a very competitive preseason and an even more positive start to their RRAC Fall 2012 season, the HT Women’s Soccer team recorded their first win on the road versus Texas College. A very close game for long spells swayed in favor of HT when Courtney Wilcut latched onto a Tori Reyes pass before calmly sliding the ball into the net to make it 1-0. Shortly after, the hard working Chelsea Santos hit a great first time shot from the edge of the box and into the far top corner to give HT a 2-0 lead at half-time. Despite starting the second half strongly, TC did pull one back to keep the game close. Late goals from Wilcut again, then Reyes from a free-kick secured all the points for HT in a 4-1 victory.
